Hive Capital Advisory, which was founded by lender and investor Nick White, will provide tailored funding solutions across a range of sectors with a strong focus on development finance.

Hive has closed three transactions since its formation, arranging a combined £31m in debt and equity funding, and with a strong pipeline of upcoming deals, the business is now looking to expand its team to meet growing client demand.

The firm’s sector expertise spans residential, build-to-rent, care, retirement and children’s day nurseries, supporting developers and operators with capital solutions from project inception through to completion.

Hive is backed by investment from the McGoff Group, which has also come on board as a cornerstone client.
